Construction is Well Underway at Hoffman Senior Living in Hoffman Minnesota

St. Cloud, MN, January 19, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Miller Architects & Builders, general contractor for this project, is pleased to announce construction is well underway on Hoffman Senior Living, an 18,133 square-foot assisted living and memory care facility owned by Minnewaska Community Health Services. The facility will serve the needs of seniors and families in and around the Hoffman area, with ten assisted living and ten memory care units, with an expected completion date of Spring 2018.

The closing of the existing Good Samaritan Society nursing home in 2014 sent shock waves through the town of Hoffman, MN and left a void for residents. The city was determined to bring a senior living facility back to Hoffman so they teamed up with Minnewaska Lutheran Home in Starbuck to create this facility.

The facility was designed to bring a new modern standard in senior living to the residents of Hoffman. The one-story contemporary community will feature first-class amenities including a large fireside lounge and dining room in the memory care wing along with a serving kitchen, and a lounge and reception area with commercial kitchen in the assisted living wing. Additional amenities include reception areas, barber/beauty shop, spa, covered canopy for drop-offs, covered screened in porches, enclosed memory care wondering gardens.

“With our experience in senior housing construction, we are proud to be part of the team creating a senior living facility in the Hoffman area that offers an unsurpassed standard of living in both assisted living and memory care to its residents,” stated Dave TeBrake, Executive Vice President, Miller Architects & Builders.

This project is financed by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development.
