$60M Environmental Remediation Contract Awarded to RELYANT Global, LLC by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Maryville, TN, January 20, 2018 --(PR.com)-- RELYANT Global, LLC (RELYANT) was recently awarded a $60M, 5 year, contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide Environmental Remediation Services. RELYANT was one of 10 contractors named to the award and was the only independent awardee. The other 9 awardees were joint ventures. The contract, formally titled the Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) with Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), was awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District. It will provide ERS for both the USACE Northwestern Division (NWD) and existing USACE NWD customers. As one of the most highly accredited ERS and MMRP providers in the market, RELYANT will perform cradle to grave ERS and MMRP activities throughout the execution of this award to include activities such as remedial site inspection and action, feasibility and quality studies, and various monitoring activities.

As the only independent awardee, RELYANT believes that their ability to provide exceptional personnel and management likely played a significant role in RELYANT’s standout award. Some of the NWD clients that will be supported by this contract include the Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Program, Formerly Used Defense Sites, Environmental Protection Agency Superfund and Brownfield Programs, and the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program. Work is anticipated to conclude in January, 2023.
