Cognia Law Announces New Appointments to Its UK Senior Executive Team

Dominique Hainebach has joined Cognia as Head of Consulting and Edward Gill as Head of Cognia UK and Europe. Both will be based at Cognia Law’s head office in London.

A former partner at Accenture, Dominique is an experienced business consultant and business coach helping clients manage change within their businesses, teams and careers. Dominique will provide leadership to Cognia’s legal delivery management and alliance partners as well as managing Cognia’s global Consulting Practice.

Edward brings considerable experience driving change at leading law firms and clients across the Financial Services, Commercial, Telecoms and IT sectors, having worked at Clifford Chance, Evalueserve / Freshfields and most recently Axiom. As the Head of Cognia UK and Europe, Edward will be responsible for managing Cognia’s business relationships and delivery services in the region.

Together with Mike Farrell, Dominique and Edward will form Cognia’s UK-based leadership team, further driving growth in the UK and Europe, with a primary focus on Business Development.
