Portland, OR, February 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- In its second year on Oregon Business Magazine's annual list of the "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon", Quango ranked 22nd in the small business category, receiving high marks in the area of ‘Decision-making and trust’.
