DWI Expert Herbert Leckie Opens New DWI-DRE Consulting Service in New Jersey

Lebanon, NJ, January 30, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Herbert H. Leckie, JD, a DWI expert with over 33 years of experience in DWI investigations, has opened DWI-DRE Consulting Services, Inc., a new consulting service for DWI and DWE expert testimony and analysis in New Jersey. Mr. Leckie is a former Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) instructor, with extensive experience with numerous breath testing instruments. Hebert holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (2000) and served as the Student Bar Association President (1999-2000). Herb is also a graduate of Rutgers University with honors - BS in the Administration of Justice.

Herb retired as a Sergeant from the New Jersey State Police after 20 years of service. He was last assigned to the Alcohol Drug Test Unit. Herb’s expertise allows him to evaluate both alcohol and drug-related DWI Matters. He has extensive experience in a number of breath testing instruments including the Alcotest 7110 MK III-C instrument.

As an instructor in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s), Herb has the ability to evaluate the proper administration and scoring of the tests administered in DWI Investigations. His office can also evaluate the propriety of “Refusal” cases including procedural issues related to the Subjective Refusal charge.
