New functionality in AccelerationATS v2.1 includes customizable applicant forms and letters, advanced candidate comparison, additional search refining options, and real-time candidate history. The latest version is also integrated with Lotus Notes Email and is compatible with Internet Explorer v.7. These new features decrease the time and costs associated with identifying and hiring new talent and support faster time-to-hire.

• Customizable Applicant Forms and Letters: Using an internal text writer, recruiters can upload pre-written templates and create custom applicant forms and letters on-demand. Custom document types can include: pre-employment applications, evaluations, interview, and new hire letters and employment and application packages, just to name a few.

• Advanced Candidate Comparison: Recruiters can select a list of candidates and compare individual qualifications across the group.

• Refined Search Capabilities: In addition to key word and conceptual search, users can refine search criteria to retrieve results similar to a selected item.

• Candidate History: The new candidate history feature allows recruiters to track candidate activity and capture freeform notes in a date-driven, consolidated list view.

• Email & Calendar Integration with Lotus Notes: Like MS Outlook users in previous versions, Lotus Notes users can now create and receive automated email notifications and synchronize calendar items.

AccelerationATS (applicant tracking software) provides a centralized Web-based, portal for Internet job postings, resume collection, skill matching, screening, candidate selection and ongoing communications between the hiring parties and applicants.
