My father was the vice president of a large company that built many homes. Eventually, he started his own homebuilding company. I grew up on construction sites and walking model homes that my mother decorated.”

Mike previously owned and operated a company in the apparel business, building a global sales team that achieved multimillion dollars in annual sales.
