Construction is Well Underway on Holly Ridge Assisted Living Addition in Starbuck, MN
Miller Architects & Builders, general contractor for this project, is pleased to announce construction is well underway on Hoffman Senior Living, an 18,133 square-foot assisted living and memory care facility owned by Minnewaska Community Health Services. The facility will serve the needs of seniors and families in and around the Hoffman area, with ten assisted living and ten memory care units, with an expected completion date of Spring 2018.
Saint Cloud, MN, February 01, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Miller Architects & Builders, general contractor for this project, is pleased to announce construction is well underway on the addition to Holly Ridge Assisting Living and is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2018.
The new 24,140 square foot addition consists of 22 new units with private restrooms, plus a guest room. The assisted living addition features a new main entrance with drive-under canopy. A new family/lounge room along with wellness room, multi-purpose/activity room, nourishment center, spa, and offices are all part of the new addition. Remodeling of of the existing facility includes the dining room and kitchen area, along with all new doors on resident rooms. Exterior renovations will be made to the existing facility to match finishes on the new addition.
