AAIHR Announces New President

Cincinnati, OH, February 05, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) announced that Shari Dingle Costantini, founder and CEO of Avant Healthcare Professionals, has been named president of the association, effective immediately. As president, Costantini will lead AAIHR’s initiatives in the international healthcare recruitment industry.

Costantini is a renowned expert in the healthcare industry with 29 years of experience in strategic leadership, nursing and international nurse staffing. Her staffing company, Avant Healthcare Professionals, was a founding member of the AAIHR. Costantini previously served as Chair of Regulatory Affairs for AAIHR where she lobbied Congress for immigration reform. Costantini will continue to lobby Congress as president to ensure that the supply of healthcare professionals meets U.S. patient demand. Costantini is on the Rollins College Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship and the Central Florida Foundation boards.
