This is the 2nd version of IT Outsourcing Days - Ukraine. During the event, guests will learn more about Ukraine as an IT outsourcing destination, the quality of Ukrainian education, resources, and governmental IT reforms. The event will take place April 24-26, 2018 in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
