Three HUB International Advisers Selected as Employee Benefit Adviser’s 2018 Rising Stars
Employee Benefit Adviser Editorial Committee Selects 20 Advisers for 2018 Rising Stars in Advising.
Chicago, IL, February 07, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Young employee benefits advisers bring a fresh perspective to a centuries-old industry. The resourcefulness of this new generation creates positive change in today’s uncertain market. HUB International is honored to have three of our own “rising stars” included in Employee Benefit Adviser (EBA’s) 2018 Rising Stars in Advising.
EBA has an eight-year tradition of recognizing the industry’s young talent (age 35 and younger). Two of the twenty Rising Stars, Melissa Koontz and Matt Gilroy, are benefits consultants with HUB’s Northwest region. A third HUB benefit adviser, Bethany Radloff, is an assistant vice president from the Midwest.
“Our young talent excels at spotting opportunities where a different approach would improve the way we provide service. We are proud of the accomplishments achieved by Melissa, Matt, and Bethany. EBA’s recognition is both gratifying and well deserved,” said Linda Keller, National Chief Operating Officer of Employee Benefits, HUB International.
Melissa Koontz and Matt Gilroy have worked together for five years. They formed a unique partnership that complements their distinctive work styles and skill sets. With degrees in Human Resources and Accounting, Koontz shines in financial analytics and compliance management. Gilroy’s interest in politics and economics and his strong sales background translate into powerful business relationships with community leaders. Since working together the Koontz-Gilroy partnership has generated an impressive a book of business.
Leadership is the common attribute colleagues and clients attach to Bethany Radloff. Earning a Leadership Certificate and a degree in Management and Human Resources, Radloff began her benefit adviser career in 2010. HUB clients appreciate Radloff’s preparedness and technical expertise. She inspires team members to work together to achieve the best results for their clients. In 2017, Radloff’s hard work helped expand her book of business to $1.1 million.
HUB International congratulates Melissa Koontz, Matt Gilroy, and Bethany Radloff. They thank EBA for their ongoing support of benefit advisers and their recognition of their industry’s young talent.
