Belgium Takes Strategic Step Towards Increased Air Power

London, United Kingdom, February 08, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The US has approved the potential sale of 35 F-35A Lightning IIs to Belgium, thereby improving their presence in the air power community and increasing future operations with their allies. Belgium will be well represented at the upcoming Air Mission Planning conference, with Lieutenant Colonel Erik Vandebroek from the Belgian Air Component presenting on day 1. Lt. Col. Vandebroek will expand upon the importance of mission planning and air power in the 21st century, accentuated by the latest move step towards 5th generation air power (Defense News).
