New Sunshine LLC Selects Kerauno for Communications Workflow Platform
Kerauno solves remote workforce challenges, enhances call center capabilities.
Indianapolis, IN, February 12, 2018 --(PR.com)-- New Sunshine LLC, which includes the brands Australian Gold, Designer Skin, Swedish Beauty and California Tan, is the latest national corporation to select Kerauno as its mobile-first communication workflow platform.
The leading supplier of skincare and tanning products found itself dealing with the challenges of remote or mobile workforces and sought a solution that would not only keep its teams connected while on the go, but one that would also scale along with its current growth without disrupting business productivity, particularly in their call center.
“We’re headquartered in Indianapolis, but have some remote offices and agents that work from home. Though only a few years old, its current platform felt outdated with limited capabilities. The Bolt softphone is fully functional and gives employees the ability to access collaboration channels, workflows and detailed analytics from within the Kerauno platform.
Kerauno’s agility allows New Sunshine to manage, maintain and control its call center workflow operations internally rather than relying on a third-party to continually build and update processes based on business goals. In addition, Kerauno seamlessly integrates into the company’s existing applications, allowing New Sunshine to customize the data they collect.
