New Deal Announced for Former Gigi Restaurant Space in Midtown Miami
Asi Cymbal and Marc Sirkin have inked a new lease at the former restaurant space known as Gigi in Midtown Miami at 3470 N. Miami Ave. The new restaurant, Mason, will open in late Spring.
Miami, FL, February 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Asi Cymbal of Cymbal Realty and Marc Sirkin of Engel & Voelkers announced a new deal for the midtown Miami restaurant spaces previously known as Gigi. The new restaurant, Mason, will open this Spring.
When Gigi closed their doors last summer, it set off a flurry of interest from both established and aspiring restaurateurs for a chance to take over the Gigi space.
After a dramatic succession of Letters of Intent from multiple parties, Cymbal and Sirkin announced today that noted master chef Brian Nasajon of midtown's Beaker & Gray as the new tenant for this location at 3470 N. Miami Ave.
Asi Cymbal had this to say this morning about the deal, "The Beaker & Gray team have proven themselves as masters of unique food and drink. We are happy to welcome them."
Brian Nasajon added, "We're beyond excited to continue evolving with the Miami dynamic and eager to create and share our new concept! "
Marc Sirkin, who managed the various parties that competed for the Gigi space, shared his vantage point by noting that "Brian Nasajon is a chef of high order. This is a great fit for us as they prepare their next venture in midtown."
Cymbal and Sirkin also anticipate a deal to be locked in shortly for the Midtown space previously known as Bardot and have several Allapattah projects under review at this time as well.
