Lynne’s practice focuses on patent litigation involving a diverse array of technologies, including electronics, communications, computer technology, textiles, and chemical compositions. She has litigated complex patent disputes in various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She has over twenty years of experience, including as lead trial attorney and in all aspects of discovery, case management, inter partes reviews, appeals and settlements.
