pelham, AL, February 15, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Donna Beaulieu is announcing her candidacy for a seat on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals in the Republican Primary June 5th, 2018.
After almost 32 years of working in the legal field, 20 of them as a practicing attorney, and as a small business owner, Donna would like to bring her skills and knowledge to work for the citizens of Alabama as a Judge on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.
Donna has handled a variety of cases through the years in many different courts in Alabama, and at all state and federal court levels. She is aware that the question of guilt or innocence, and the law under which someone is charged, deserves fair and impartial review.
Donna was threatened with arrest herself by local city law enforcement, challenged the law, and was correct that the law was unconstitutional.
Donna has been married to her high school sweetheart for 26 years, has one son who is a registered cardiac i.c.u. nurse. She is proud to live in Alabama and to have served the people of Alabama as an attorney for the past 25 years.
