The International Assoc. of Who’s Who Has Named Alyssa Greedy, Pharm.D as Professional of the Year

Prairie Village, KS, February 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- With over a decade in the field of Pharmacy, Alyssa Greedy offers valuable insight in her role as the Pharmacist-In-Charge at Omnicare of Kansas City, a long term care pharmacy. Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is the largest provider of comprehensive pharmacy and related services to senior communities across the country.

As a Pharmacist-In-Charge at Omnicare of Kansas City, Alyssa’s day-to-day responsibilities consist of hiring and the management of the pharmacists, and maintaining pharmacy compliance with the Board of Pharmacy, DEA and corporate regulations. Her areas of expertise include pharmacy automation, community pharmacy, scheduling, and inventory control.

In 2006, Dr. Greedy graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from the UMKC School of Pharmacy. She then worked at Walgreens for 11 years as both a staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager.

Due to her commitment to excellence in the field of Pharmacy, Alyssa is recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women and a Pinnacle Professional by Continental Who's Who.

Alyssa maintains affiliation with the Salvation Army, March of Dimes, National Association of Professional Women and the Rose Brooks Foundation.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, musicals, plays, movies, and spending time with her family.
