Children’s Hope Partners with Harvest Family Life Ministries Loving Foster Families Needed
Children’s Hope Residential Services (CHRS) has partnered with Harvest Family Life Ministries to bring the City of El Paso, TX an opportunity to open their hearts to some children and families in need.
El Paso, TX, February 22, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Children’s Hope is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of residential services to children, including residential treatment services for traumatized children, foster placement, and adoption services. The goal of Children’s Hope is to provide every child that passes through its doorways with the tools necessary to have a normal childhood, thrive, and grow into healthy adults.
Recently, CHRS’s El Paso Staff participated in a Foster/Adoptive recruitment event coordinated by Tammy Pargoud, Director of Ministry Development for Harvest Family Life Ministries. The event took place at El Paso’s Cielo Vista Church. “The response was amazing CHRS El Paso team is overjoyed that our community understands that there is no better gift to give a child than a family,” said Vera Robinson, CHRS’s El Paso Area Director.
At the event, 25 families signed up to attend an informational meeting to learn about the process of becoming foster families. Those families are taking the next step in opening their doors and their hearts to a child in need. There is a great need for foster families in the region.
