The fan body is a 20 inch diameter tube mounted in a slightly larger hole in the roof.
The fan comes with a wireless AC power control and a speed dial like a light dimmer that is wired with low power wiring. Also included are decorative surrounds for both the rooftop rain deflector and the fan body under the ceiling. The rooftop surrounds are designed to look like standard chimneys with looks including brick, stucco and wood.
