SIA Group Wins 2007 Campaign of the Year Award

Raleigh, NC, February 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Don Mills, president of SIA Group (www.siagroup.net), a full-service insurance agency with six offices throughout North Carolina, has announced that the firm has received the 2007 Campaign of the Year Award from the United Way of Onslow County. The award recognizes the top fund-raising campaign from a business with 50-199 employees. SIA Group received the award at the United Way’s Annual Award Luncheon, held Thursday, Jan. 24 in Jacksonville, N.C. Overall, $474,422 was raised by Jacksonville businesses through the United Way to support nonprofit organizations in Onslow County.

The United Way of Onslow County supports more than 30 community organizations, including after school programs, hospice services, soup kitchens and more. They have set a goal of $600,000 for their 2008 fundraising efforts.
