Association's Medicare Supplement Insurance Agent Directory Growth Continues
The national directory of local Medicare insurance agents made available by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance added over 100 new agents in February. The online directory prepares to celebrate it's one year anniversary.
Los Angeles, CA, March 02, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The leading online directory of independent local insurance agents who help consumers with their Medicare insurance options added over 100 agents in February.
"The Association's directory of Medigap insurance agents continues to grow as more consumers turn to this resource as a way to find and connect with local experts," shares Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI). The organization launched the directory a year ago as a resource consumers could access at no charge.
"With 10,000 Americans turning 65 every day, the demand for a resource like this continues to grow," Slome notes. "Consumers can get overwhelmed with the information that packs their mail boxes and their emails. What many want is the ability to sit down with a knowledgeable expert who can guide them as they explore their choices and options."
The Association's directory is the only national third-party resource where consumers can exclusively find local Medicare insurance agents. "Most of the online resources make you enter your personal information which they often sell or use to market to you," Slome admitted. "We don't require any of that. The consumer can access the Association's directory and pull up a listing of agents within a 100 mile radius."
"We are very pleased with the feedback we have been getting from both the consumers using the directory as well as the insurance agents listed," Slome shares. "As we get ready for the second year, we plan to continue to add benefits and features."
