Places4Students.com Partners with The University of Maine to Provide Off-Campus Housing Solutions

Orono, ME, March 02, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The University of Maine has partnered with Places4Students.com, the company specializing in providing academic institutions with off-campus housing solutions. Places4Students.com is introducing a new and improved rental property listing service for students, landlords and members of The University of Maine community.

Places4Students.com simplifies the process for students to search for off-campus housing accommodations near the university with a user-friendly website and mobile app (available for both Apple and Android devices). Landlords and property managers can now advertise their rental vacancies directly to students. The University of Maine has a direct link from their website to Places4Students.com, in addition to promoting the service exclusively.

Previously, The University of Maine operated an in-house listing service, which is no longer accepting new postings and went off-line in January 2018. The university wanted to provide a new off-campus housing resource for students to more easily search for housing options and post roommate listings. Places4Students.com has been offering free listings for landlords to transition to the new service, which ended February 28, 2018; however, brand new users can still take advantage of this offer by contacting admin@p4s.com.
