Be Wild Woman is inciting women to roar and dance to live drums on International Women’s Day. They are joining IWD’s 2018 campaign to press forward and progress gender parity #PressforProgress. Now as women are speaking up with the Women’s March, #Metoo and #times up movement in unprecedented numbers; it is more important than ever that women come together.

Founder, Wild Woman Healer, Kiana Love is rallying women to celebrate being a woman, free their voices and end rampant violence against women. According to the United Nations, one of every three women on the planet will be physically or sexually abused in her lifetime.

In order for women to rise up and end violence they need to ground, heal, and feel at home in their bodies. They need to end violence, self judgement and low-self esteem from the inside and with each other Women need a wild refuge of acceptance, trust and power in which to flourish and birth a #mefree culture.

Kiana has created an evening experience that is a safe haven for women to heal, celebrate each other and express themselves. Wild Woman Tribe is a wild woman urban retreat and pre-slumber, love your body party. The evening weaves together live art, music, fashion, food, wellness, dance and more followed by a relaxing, energy healing sound bath.

Kiana guides women home to their bodies to realign with nature and reclaim their power. On the dance floor women are invited to “Listen, honor and move your body to the sounds of nature, your heart, your song, and live percussion. Here there is no prescribed way to dance, only the way your body wants to move.”

This restores a women’s self-esteem and ability to trust herself. It relieves overwhelm and creates a feeling of safety and freedom to express herself. When she is reconnected with her senses and can trust what she feels, she is able to communicate her needs, She is able to show up in the world with her creative gifts and set her boundaries, She is able to stand for herself, and her community. This is the foundation of gender parity for a woman to intrinsically know herself and her tremendous worth.

Kiana is intent on rewilding women so that together we can end global violence and restore joy and peace across the planet. For this she says,”We need all of humanity to be healed, whole and free to love. A woman’s rights are human rights. A woman’s roar is the world’s roar.
