Kathy Baus was raised by two parents in the legal field in Atlanta, Georgia. Her father was a DeKalb County Attorney and Judge, her mother worked in the legal services field as well. It is no surprise that Ms. Baus gravitated toward this career area at a young age. Intrigued by the stories and cases discussed in her household while she was growing up, she decided at age 18 to seek a summer job at a local personal injury law firm, Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C.

When she first joined Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., it was a small firm with only five employees. It has now expanded to over 200 employees with eight offices throughout the state of Georgia. Located in Albany, Atlanta, Augusta, Columbus, Duluth, Macon, Savannah and Valdosta, the law firm is highly accessible, able to serve a large client base, and is the largest personal injury law firm in the state.

Kathy Baus is the firm administrator at the firm in Duluth, Georgia, its main headquarters, in metro Atlanta area. Ms. Kathy Baus is the mother of two wonderful boys who are both in college. When time permits, there is nothing she enjoys more than spending time with her family, friends and traveling near and afar.
