Cleinman Performance Partners Announces Three National Eyecare Conferences
Oneonta, NY, March 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Cleinman Performance Partners has announced that it will host three unique Business of Eyecare Forum™ National Conferences in 2018. The National Eyecare Facilities Conference™ will be held May 16th and 17th at the DoubleTree in Chesterfield (St. Louis), MO. This two-day conference is designed to answer the many questions arising from private practitioners who are embarking on a new facility investment. Speakers will cover a range of topics including site selection, project planning, financing, marketing, contractor relations and design. Of the first National Eyecare Facilities Conference held this past October in Chicago, Dr. Linda Cameron of Rumford, Maine said, “This conference gave me the detailed information that will truly help me. This was well worth my time.”
Launching on October 11th will be the National Practice Transitions Conference™. This one-of-a-kind, one-day workshop at the Eaglewood Resort in Itasca, IL (Chicago) will take participants from start to finish on how to transition ownership, from both a seller and buyer perspective. The event’s panel of experts will cover such topics as preparing your practice for transition, valuation, transaction design, financing, tax implications, documentation, negotiations and communications. Attendees will come away from the event with a full understanding of the myriad of details, opportunities and pitfalls surrounding these complex transactions.
In November, the firm will host the first ever Exiting Vision Plans Conference™. With Vision Plans driving down profit margins for private-practice optometrists, this event will provide participants with a road-map on how to release the grip of these programs. The conference will be held on Thursday, November 1st at the Eaglewood Resort in Itasca, Illinois (Chicago). This exclusive one-day conference will explore the means and methodology of eliminating reliance upon Vision Plans. Topics covered will include brand-building, economics, negotiations, maximizing Vision Plan profit contribution and how to exit. Presentations will include both industry experts and practice owners who have taken the step to regain control over their patients and practice.
Alan Cleinman, CEO of Cleinman Performance Partners stated, “For almost thirty years, we have worked with North America’s largest optometry practices on executing key business development strategies.
