Top Press Secretary Joins Steve Francis Campaign for Mayor of San Diego

San Diego, CA, March 05, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jennifer Kerns, one of the most reputable Press Secretaries in California, has joined the campaign of Steve Francis for Mayor.

Kerns, a two-time political appointee of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has most recently served as Senior Press Secretary for California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner, and as Assistant Secretary of State and spokesperson for former California Secretary of State Bruce McPherson.
