Philip Marshall Joins ClearEdge IT Solutions as Director of Programs

Jessup, MD, March 24, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Philip Marshall has joined ClearEdge IT Solutions LLC as the Director of Programs, complementing the senior leadership team and providing greater tactical focus on technical programs in ClearEdge’s portfolio.

Marshall comes to ClearEdge after a long-serving career working with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Department of Defense in varying leadership and management capacities. He was most recently Deputy Chief in various departments for the National Security Agency and was responsible for leading the creation of a new organization to meet the challenge of technology transitions in corporate architecture and IT infrastructure.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University.
