GIA Boutique Moves to New Location in Highwood, IL

The boutique shares a space with Almost in Florida Tanning and Resortwear, the largest indoor tanning salon on the North Shore. Combined, the two businesses provide customers with all their vacation needs year-round and more.

Originally located in Highwood’s restaurant district, GIA decide to move when their lease was up to take advantage of the brighter, more open space. Upon further discussions, both owners agreed that together, the two businesses could provide a great niche for North Shore consumers. “Chicago winters are long and harsh and people are always going on vacation,” said Margaret Cierniak, GIA Boutique owner. “While the tanning salon offers a full range of tanning services, and a great selection of bathing suits and coverups, customers are also looking for everyday pieces to spruce up their vacation wardrobes.
