Psychological Associates Hires Two Vice Presidents

St. Louis, MO, April 13, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently hired Christopher Sloan, Ph.D. as Senior Vice President of Performance Consulting and Patricia Bagsby, Ph.D. as Vice President of Organizational Consulting.

Sloan’s responsibilities include working with clients in areas of executive assessment, high-potential identification and development, succession planning, and executive coaching. He has more than 25 years of experience assisting clients with the selection and development of leaders who can execute business strategies and propel their organizations into the future. His consulting background includes multiple industries, as well as non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Sloan ran his own consulting firm where he worked with clients’ leadership skills through assessment and development initiatives. He previously played a senior role at a global human resources company and, earlier in his career, oversaw the development and application of talent assessment tools in the insurance and financial services industries. Sloan earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Applied Psychology from the University of Georgia located in Athens, Ga. and his B.S. in Psychology from North Georgia College located in Dahlonega, Ga.

Bagsby’s responsibilities include helping client leaders leverage team strengths, as well as develop and integrate new systems and processes. She specializes in career transitions with a focus on organizational development objectives. Bagsby has 10 years of experience in both internal and external consulting where she continues to utilize an integrated approach of combining behavioral sciences, change management, and process improvement principles. She currently is an adjunct instructor at both Fontbonne University and Saint Louis University. Bagsby earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, her M.S.(R) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a Minor in Research Methodology and Statistics, and her B.A. in Psychology and Certificate in Human Resources Management all from Saint Louis University located in St. Louis, Mo.
