Mesa, AZ, April 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has announced the successful sale of the office complex at 4360 E. Brown Road in Mesa, Arizona, to Development Services of America, Inc. The final purchase price for this property was $3,225,000.

Conveniently located near Falcon Field Airport and the Alta Mesa Golf Club, the 17,187 square foot multi-tenant office structure was bought as an investment opportunity. Previously owned by Greenfield Equities, LLC; the complex boasts a 100% occupancy rate.
