Spencer Savings Bank Selects Westfield, N.J. as Site of New Banking Concept

Spencer Savings Bank has selected Westfield, N.J. as the site for its new, technologically advanced “Financial Center,” a unique combination of a banking center and loan production office. The interactive teller machines allow customers to complete transactions using a remote-controlled, ATM-based kiosk while being virtually guided by a banker.
Elmwood Park, NJ, April 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Spencer Savings Bank, a community bank headquartered in Elmwood Park, N.J., has selected Westfield, N.J. as the site for its new, technologically advanced “Financial Center,” a unique combination of a banking center and loan production office.
The Westfield Financial Center will showcase the latest transaction technology to optimize check cashing, deposits, loan payments, and other inquiries. The interactive teller machines allow customers to complete transactions using a remote-controlled, ATM-based kiosk while being virtually guided by a banker. The interactive tellers handle the more routine transactions, allowing on-site bank representatives to assist with new account openings, loan applications, loan closings and questions. The Westfield Financial Center will operate with extended hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will also be a 24-hour ATM machine available. In addition to this, Spencer will have three commercial loan officers based in Westfield to help customers with business and commercial loan needs.
