Employee Scheduling Discussion Group and Blog Announced

New York, NY, March 07, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Core Practice Partners has recently announced a public blog and discussion group, both focusing exclusively on shift work environments. Labor Scheduling and the associated strategies have become more and more important as companies move off shore to areas with more competitive workforces and more nimble workforce strategies.

The site, www.shift-work.net, allows for free interaction between shift workers, managers, and experts in each related field. The site has already been visited by multiple users and no sign up is required. Core Practice Partners hopes this open exchange will promote competitiveness in the American marketplace and will be a service to those that need help now.

After only 1 week in service, the site is already generating several comments and questions. Questions have ranged from how to improve productivity without hurting morale, how to find the right software, health and safety, and specific issues have come up about food manufacturing and warehouse and distribution environments.

The goal is to create a self-sustaining community that allows professionals in the shift work environment to solve real business challenges in a short period of time. So far, it is off to a strong start.
