How to Capture, Motivate and Retain a Great Team is the Topic for the May NAWBO Meeting
Scottsdale, AZ, April 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- As a business owner, how do you capture, motivate and retain a great team? Plan to join members of the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and their guests at the organization’s monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 9.
The May 9 luncheon will feature networking and a presentation by Wendy McClellan of Structure for Success.
“Wendy’s presentation will focus on three things that are important for every business owner - know your culture, create a team that thrives in your culture and communicate your expectations,” says Julie S. Cook, NAWBO Phoenix President and owner of Idea Three Creative. “Whether you have a new or established business, our organization provides great resources and opportunities for connections to help you grow.”
The May 9 NAWBO meeting begins at 11 a .m. and will be held at the Gainey Ranch Golf Club (7600 E Gainey Club Dr., Scottsdale, 85258). Tickets are $43 for members and $53 for guests, and reservations can be made online at www.nawbophx.org.
