Ceasar and Chuy Show Hits Texas Big Time
Ceasar and Chuy has become a ratings success in the Lone Star State of Texas. Fans of all ages, but particularly the 18-34 demographic flock to the animated duo for their laughs, especially in the cities of Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.
Los Angeles, CA, March 06, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Ceasar and Chuy show has made a spectacular impression with Texas fans, judged by the ratings success the program has become in the Lone Star State. Fans of all ages, but particularly the 18-34 demographic, have been spreading the word regarding the antics of the Ceasar and Chuy duo that graces the LATV Network every week.
The cities of Houston, San Antonio and Dallas have been known to tune-in every week very consistently and in great numbers to watch Ceasar and Chuy critique music videos from their uniquely hilarious perspective. However, some of the highest concentration of fans-per-capita has been found in the cities of Amarillo, El Paso, Harlingen, McAllen, and Laredo.
“Ceasar and Chuy are more than funny. They’re laugh out loud funny,” says Clarissa Soto, a devoted Ceasar and Chuy fan, who has even gone as far as to dedicate a Myspace fan page to the animated pair. “I told all my friends about it. Now they’re big time fans too,” boasts Soto.
William Naftee, a statistical surveyor and television-programming analyst, has examined closely the program and has attempted to explain the Ceasar and Chuy phenomenon from his point of view. “The Ceasar and Chuy success has been the mixture of multiple entertaining elements, and the always-evolving character development. This is something very difficult to do,” continues Naftee, “but it seems to be working, and working well.”
The show has recently ventured into its second season, and have added some interactivity to the program by providing a live text messaging option for fans to comment on the music videos along with Ceasar and Chuy. Other interactive elements include cellphone ringtones, wallpapers, and mobile phone Ceasar and Chuy episodes.
Ceasar and Chuy premieres new episodes every Thursday at 6pm and 9pm, with other showings Mondays, and Wednesdays at 6pm and 9pm on the LATV Network. Ceasar and Chuy is produced by Overman Productions which is a partnership between Alfonso Amey Designs, Inc. and Artistic Warfare.
