New Discussion Feature Creates New Possibilities for the Renting World

LandorSlum.com's new discussion feature enables tenants and landlords to talk about issues through an online medium.

Pittsburgh, PA, March 06, 2008 --(PR.com)-- LandorSlum.com released a groundbreaking discussion feature that revolutionizes the way landlords and renters communicate. With this new capability, tenants and landlords can now hash out their issues through a safer and more comfortable medium – the Web.

The site’s new discussion feature is located at the bottom of each landlord’s rating page. Here, landlords can respond to their ratings and engage in an eDialogue with their tenants. Landlords now have a chance to defend their management styles, while viewing suggestions that can improve their tenants’ living conditions.

“We are excited to be the first to implement a feature that allows landlords and tenants to communicate through a convenient forum,” says Adam Gorzelsky, co-owner of LandorSlum.com. “This is a really big step in bringing tenants and landlords to a new level of understanding and it can change the entire renting world.”

Now that the site has this discussion capability, LandorSlum.com is hoping that landlords will take the opportunity to become more involved with their comments and ratings.

“Opening up lines of communication is essential to bridging the gap between tenants and landlords,” says Katie Wilson, co-owner of LandorSlum.com. “We are truly thrilled to serve renters and landlords in this way and I hope it will be a helpful tool for everyone involved.”
