The team has a strong online presence and in addition to being part of several real estate and mortgage lending groups on LinkedIn, Patille hosts a weekly mortgage podcast focused on getting first-time homebuyers acquainted with the process of purchasing as well as providing tips on qualifying for pre-approval.
A graduate of Penn State University, Patille has more than six years of experience in the business. His primary focus when dealing with his customers is to get them into their dream home. His customer service philosophy is to remain in close contact with the customer, to always make himself available to the customer whenever needed and to keep the customer informed of all relevant information as the process unfolds.
Marc Hansen is a loan officer with more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is excited about being able to offer customers more options through the wide variety of programs that GSF has available. He plans to really get the word out about GSF to the Delaware community through marketing, his relationships with Realtors, ads, billboards and first-time homebuyer seminars. Hansen is dedicated to providing a customer service experience that is second-to-none in the mortgage industry.
Ken Jester has been in the mortgage industry for a little over a year and he is thrilled with the opportunity to join the GSF team because he appreciates the wide variety of programs they have able for the customer.
