Itransition Ranked Among Leaders in the 2018 Global Outsourcing Top 100
After 10 years of being included in the Global Outsourcing Top 100, Itransition is ranked as a Leader.
Denver, CO, April 26, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Itransition, a global provider of digital solutions and IT services, is named a Leader in the 2018 Global Outsourcing Top 100 ranking held by IAOP®, with a special recognition as a Super Star for Sustained Excellence and distinction in four areas: Customer References, Awards & Certification, Programs for Innovation and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility. Having been included on the GO100 list for the last nine consecutive years as a Rising Star, in 2018, Itransition moves to the Leaders category.
For twelve years the Global Outsourcing 100 has been annually recognizing the world’s best outsourcing service providers, and therefore serving as the essential reference for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry.
The judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members varying from Thomson Reuters and GE to Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. The 2018 panel is led by IAOP CEO Debi Hamill and Chairman Michael F. Corbett, and all the panel members have extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
The online application mirrors that employed by top customers when considering potential outsourcing service providers. For 2018 and as before, five areas were considered and judged:
1. Size and Growth measured by revenue, employees, and global presence.
2. Customer References demonstrated through value created for top customers.
3. Awards and Certifications demonstrated through relevant professional certifications and industry recognition.
4. Programs for Innovation demonstrated through special programs and their outcomes that create new forms of value for customers.
5. Corporate Social Responsibility as shown through corporate programs and outcomes that address such topics as community involvement and development, labor practices, human rights, environmental impacts, consumer issues, and many more.
To achieve "stars" in these categories, a company had to score 5 or more points (on a scale of 0 to 8).
"Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional," said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. "The Global Outsourcing 100 and World's Best Advisors lists have done just that. We are proud to recognize Itransition for being among the highest rated companies in Customer References, Company Awards, Company Certification, and Programs for Innovation."
"2018 is our 10th year in a row as a Global Outsourcing Top 100 nominee, but it is the first year we are ranked as a Leader, and I want to thank our customers, employees and partners for making it happen,” said Alex Demichev, CEO of Itransition. “2018 also marks Itransition’s 20th anniversary. We have accomplished a lot during our first 20 years. We have grown from 5 to 1700+ people, extended our customer list from 2 companies to 810 and our customer geography from 1 country to 30, launched numerous delivery centers, and received a lot of industry awards, with multi-year Global Outsourcing Top 100 recognition among the most important ones. The marketplace and technological landscapes have been continuously changing since our launch, but what remains unchanged is the dedication to our clients and our people.”
“Itransition has become our trusted technology partner with their ability to add value to areas of quality assurance and functional enhancement,” said Marcus Dormanns, Head of Platforms & Operations, GSMA. “The GSMA congratulates Itransition on being listed on Global Outsourcing Top 100 list as Leaders, as well as celebrating their 20th anniversary.”
