Rocky Top Hospitality Announces Brunch Cooking Class
Raleigh, NC, March 05, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that the restaurant will host a Brunch 101 cooking class at Red Room Tapas Lounge, located at 510 S. Glenwood Ave from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 12. The class will teach attendees on how to plan a Sunday brunch party with friends and family, including how to make amazing omelets, crab cakes, stuffed French toast, and fresh berry crepes, as well as learn how to make some twists on traditional brunch cocktails. Participants will receive a take home bag that will include recipes and champagne. The cost of the class is $50 per person and 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
