TACG Launches New Leadership Development Program
TACG unveils new employee-centric initiative focused on developing leadership principles and essentials.
Beavercreek, OH, May 03, 2018 --(PR.com)-- May 2018 marks the beginning of a new leadership initiative for the Beavercreek consulting firm, TACG, LLC. The “Leadership Development Program,” a one year curriculum, was developed internally by TACG staff with the mission to strengthen leadership among the team. The courses focus on essential management principles, while progressing towards managing teams in complex environments.
“Implementing strong leadership is crucial to the success of any organization. That is why we are committed to building and fostering those leaders from within our team,” says Brian Chaney, President of TACG. “The installation of this program will be a transformative strategy as we continue to innovate and grow.”
The Leadership Development program is meant to be an encompassing learning experience utilizing internal knowledge and best practices. The curriculum of the program has been developed around effectively training leaders for challenges that are encountered in the workplace and managing teams. The “Leadership Development Program” is designed as a one year activity that will require certain courses to be completed each quarter. This process improvement initiative is monitored on a quarterly basis. At the end of each quarter, seminars will be held to recap lessons learned and how to apply principles to TACG's unique industry.
