Mei Fly Productions is Proud to Announce the Film, "808," is in Post Production

Los Angeles, CA, May 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Mei Fly Productions is proud to announce that their film festival short film, "808" is in post production and will be completed shortly. Mei Fly Productions is the creation of Producer/Director/Writer Meilani Wenska who produced "808." The cast includes Joneé Shady, Evie Abat, Faleolo Alaima, Taani Fuahala, Keoleihi Howe, Robert Amico, Pamela Keith, Armond Kinard, and Meilani Wenska, herself.

"808" is the story of Kai, a lonely Hawaiian middle aged woman who is longing to be reunited with her children. She returns home, only to face rejection, murder, and corruption.

Currently composing the score for the film is Alan Derian ("Madame Secretary"). With a multi-ethnic cast promoting diversity, and shot under a SAG-AFTRA contract, "808" will be at film festivals soon.
