Teresa Palacios Smith Joins NAWRB Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council

Irvine, CA, May 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Women in the Housing and Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB) announces the addition of Teresa Palacios Smith, Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, HSF Affiliates LLC, to its Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC). The Council, founded in 2015, helps raise the number of C-suite women, increase women’s employment at all levels and advance women’s economic growth across the housing and real estate ecosystem.

As Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, Teresa manages her organization’s commitment to increasing diversity within its company, extending to their broker network and affiliated sales professionals. Teresa brings 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, and frequently speaks at national and local events. She previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Cultural Initiatives at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), one of the largest minority associations in the country.
