The company announced today it has agreed to sell e-commerce destination RunningShoes.com to Running Warehouse.
St. Louis, MO, May 10, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Cat5 Commerce announced its definitive agreement to sell RunningShoes.com to California-based running shoes retailer Running Warehouse.
Since 2011, Cat5 Commerce has developed and operated the online specialty running store RunningShoes.com. The store provides a wide selection of technical running footwear from top brands like Brooks, Asics and Adidas.
“As competitors, we developed a relationship of mutual respect,” said Joe Rubio, owner of Running Warehouse. “We are thrilled to welcome the site to the Running Warehouse family and to continue to create the best value for run specialty customers.”
The transaction closed on Wednesday, May 9. Cat5 Commerce also owns and operates e-commerce destinations TacticalGear.com and WorkBoots.com.
