City Fountain Center: on Schedule and Attracting Tenants
City Fountain Center is on schedule, and the list of tenants who have committed to space at City Fountain Center in Port St. Lucie is growing.
Port St. Lucie, FL, March 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The completion of City Fountain Center is on schedule, and the list of tenants who have committed to space at City Fountain Center in Port St. Lucie is growing, according to Frank Poma, President of Palm City Holdings, Inc., developer and owner of the center.
The 23,000 square-foot center at the southeast corner of Port St. Lucie Blvd. and Westmoreland is already home to a Seacoast National Bank branch, which is scheduled for completion April 1st. The retail center is expected to be complete by May 15th.
In addition to Seacoast National Bank, City Fountain Center has commitments for an upscale nail salon, an Italian deli/market, a cellular phone store and an Italian restaurant.
“City Fountain Center is one of the premier locations in Port St. Lucie,” Poma said. “We don’t settle for anything less than a premier project, and this particular location dictated that we go above and beyond in terms of architecture, landscaping, design details, additional amenities like the fountain. This is one of the primary reasons we have seen so much interest in this center.”
City Fountain Center was constructed using Poma’s patented Red-Tilt precast concrete and steel wall panel system, which saved the developer upwards of 40% on his overall shell costs and decreased the overall construction time by approximately 25%.
While primarily used for commercial construction, Redi-Tilt also has applications in residential construction as well. Redi-Tilt panels serve as the walls and roof of a 1,250 SF residence in Stuart, FL. The home is energy efficient and can withstand winds of over 200 MPH.
Poma And Sons, Inc. companies and affiliated companies include Redi-Tilt, patented tilt-up wall panel system; Poma Construction, licensed Florida general contractor; Poma Construction-Railing Division, manufacturer and installer of quality custom handrails and specialty metalwork; Poma Development, premier developer on Florida’s East Coast; and Palm City Sand, mining operation.
