Announcing the Launch of Fountain City Performing Arts

Kansas City, MO, May 19, 2018 --(PR.com)-- With much excitement, they are announcing the launch of Fountain City Performing Arts, an educational outreach program for LGBTQ teens and allies. FCPA will sponsor both a youth chorus and youth instrumental ensemble with a focus on social justice programming and performance. The official launch date for FCPA is July 1.

FCPA – Fountain City Performing Arts believes in connecting youth of all backgrounds, featuring individual talent to create innovative and original artistry to promote social justice, equality and empowerment.

FCPA’s initial project, Empowering Adolescents, engaging youth participation in the arts, seeking feedback and direction from youth in the Kansas City area by deploying a feedback survey to multi-county school districts and youth organizations in the community that has existing LGBTQ programs.

This new and excited organization plans to support youth in their individual development with authentic and expressive artistry to make the world a better place.
