About Patrick J. Quallich

Mr. Quallich is a highly accomplished litigator with nearly 20 years of professional experience in successfully handling complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has tried numerous cases and handled litigation involving a diverse range of issues including product liability, professional negligence, commercial litigation, medical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, as well as all forms of business disputes.

Mr. Quallich advises businesses in effectively interfacing with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission regarding regulatory and statutory compliance, recalls, and corrective actions. He counsels manufacturers and businesses on products liability related risk management and litigation avoidance strategies.

Mr. Quallich has served as national and regional counsel to numerous companies, including serving as part of a national counsel team representing a leading international manufacturing corporation throughout the United States.

Mr. Quallich has extensive experience in the successful coordination and management of complex litigation, having litigated claims/lawsuits in approximately 40 states.
