Benchmark International U.S Teams Hire New Team Members
Benchmark International continues growing through the addition of new team members. This allows the company to extend its personalized client care to a further distance.
Tampa, FL, May 23, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Benchmark International is off to a strong start in 2018 with the end of the first quarter at an end, many acquisitions completed and more in the final stages. 2018 has been a year of growth, which is highlighted by Benchmark International’s expansion into Tennessee and the addition of 16 new team members.
Benchmark International expanded the central support team, bringing in additional resources for all locations. Dylan Fraleigh and Oshane Hutchinson have joined central as the new IT Systems Administrator and Graphic Designer, respectively. They work closely with all teams and provide assistance to the IT and marketing departments specifically.
Hutchinson expressed that he is excited about his new role as a graphic designer. “The need for an artist to constantly evolve and grow is crucial, and Benchmark (International) fosters this need, and allows me to be creative in my work. This has been a big driver for me in my career, and I hope to support the Benchmark International brand accordingly,” he said.
In relation to his role, Fraleigh commented, “What drew me to Benchmark International was its belief that the best teams should be enabled with the best tools. This embrace of emerging technologies is a thrilling prospect for anyone on the tech side of a business. I look forward to growing my own skillset while working to expand the suite of systems that help make Benchmark (International) a leader in the mergers and acquisitions industry.”
Katherine Christensen is the new administrator for the Tampa, FL location, and she is an essential key to keeping the workday on track and acts as a liaison for all incoming and outgoing communication. She stated, “I really enjoy being the first point of contact for our clients and hope that I can make them feel welcome and appreciated.”
In addition, Benchmark International has taken on team members in other crucial roles. The Deal Transaction and Deal Origination teams have grown extensively with the addition of six new analysts added to the Tampa team and two new analysts added to the Austin, TX team. These individuals include Devin Jackson, Christy Larsen, Quintin McMillan, Michael Luetkemeyer, Anthony Sourour, Kyle Sulik, Diedre Ryan and Sheheryaar (Baba) Qazi.
They expressed their excitement for being a part of the Benchmark International team as well. One thing they all share is the value of putting their clients first. They drive the initiative that Benchmark International leaves no stone unturned. Qazi stated, “After researching the industry and Benchmark a bit more, what interested me most was the similarity between my personal goals and the company’s goals: to be in a position to provide value for those that are creating value.”
Juan Pablo (J.P.) Santos, a new senior associate, has joined the Austin, TX location. As a senior associate, Santos will work to help his team achieve their clients’ goals and assist the management team in driving a transaction to the finish line. “Upon my initial interview with Kendall Stafford and Luis Vinals, I knew that working at Benchmark International was for me. The dynamic portfolio, interaction and relationships with clients, and the team atmosphere are all conducive to a successful organization, and I am eager to continue to learn, work hard, and add value for our clients and the Benchmark (International) Team,” Santos stated.
Benchmark International also hired on three new directors for Deal Origination and Deal Transaction. Scott Schoettlin has joined the team as a Director of Business Development. Schoettlin brings nearly two decades of experience to his role here at Benchmark international. “Whether a business owner wants to grow their firm or plan a full exit, I believe working with Benchmark International allows me the ability to offer solutions that will provide the best outcomes for these clients,” he said when speaking about his new role.
Leo Vandershuur and John Deeks are the new Deal Transaction Directors leading the deal transaction teams. With his background in mechanical engineering and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, Vandershuur is excited about the opportunity to work full-time on the sell-side of deal transactions, and he said he is looking forward to contributing to the team’s success.
