Denver, CO, March 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Elizabeth Bublitz, owner of Pawfriendly Landscapes, is excited to support Denver Botanic Gardens because as a garden enthusiast and pet lover, she has been an instructor at the Gardens for three years and they are selling her new book, "Pawfriendly Landscapes - How to Share the Turf When Your Backyard Belongs to Barney," for $14.99. Bublitz teaches, "How to Create Pet Friendly Yards," at DBG on May 13, 2008 at 6:30 - 8:30pm as well as September 16, 2008 at 6:30 - 8:30pm at 909 York Street, Denver.
Among offering classes on creating pet friendly yards, the Denver Botanic Gardens offers numerous courses including, Low Water Series, Botanical Art & Illustrations, Feng Shui Gardening and Rocky Mountain Gardening. It also hosts, "Story in the Gardens," on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer for children of all ages. Children enjoy listening to stories about plants, animals and nature from storytellers. It takes place in the Children's Secret Path. Denver Botanic Gardens also hosts a spectacular summer concert series in their gardens which have included, Marc Cohn, Steve Winwood and The Neville Brothers. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own dinner and beverage while enjoying their favorite concert.
