American Law Society Recognizes Charles Edward Stuckey
New York, NY, June 07, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The American Law Society is proud to announce Charles Edward Stuckey has been accepted as a new member among America's Top Lawyers by the American Law Society Board. The American Law Society is an invitation-only platform comprised of verified lawyers that demonstrate a professional history of excellence and also possess the positive ethical qualities of an esteemed lawyer.
Mr. Stuckey serves as in-house counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co. located in Bloomington, Illinois. He manages class-action and extra-contractual litigation arising from subrogation activities in both Washington and Florida State. Prior to joining State Farm Mr. Stuckey supervised class-action and multi-party litigation on behalf of various State Farm entities. He also served on a several State Farm Committees in their Corporate Law Department. During 2005 to 2011, he remained the key resource supervising legal subordinates within the Corporate Law Department-Litigation Section.
Mr. Stuckey has practiced for over 37 years with 15 of the years devoted to private practice, litigating tort defense and insurance cases. His legal career also includes representing the Legal Reform Assistance Project for Central and East European Law initiatives located in Krakow, Poland. Mr. Stuckey delivered vast planning and foundation building guidance for Polish lawyers and Judges. In addition, he organized training workshops and assisted with lobbying and public education projects for the organizations.
Mr. Stuckey earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Illinois and his Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University. He is a member of American Bar Association, Illinois State, McLean County and New Mexico Bar associations since 1980. Mr. Stuckey is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and received his CPCU designation in 2008.
