Hudson Gateway REALTOR® Foundation’s "Viva Las Vegas" Casino Night Raises Over $37,000 for Local Hudson Valley Charities
The HG Realtor Foundation raised over $37,000 at its recent casino night. The monies will be distributed to charities and non-profits throughout the Hudson Valley, NY.
White Plains, NY, June 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Hudson Gateway REALTOR® Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® raised a total of $37,185 at its “Viva Las Vegas” Gala held May 8 at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. The monies will be distributed to local charities and non-profit organizations throughout the Hudson Valley.
“We are beyond thrilled with the success of this fantastic event,” said Bonnie Koff, Chair of the HG REALTOR® Foundation Fundraising committee. “For all the years I’ve done fundraising events for the Foundation, this was the most exciting to date. We are so excited to be able to continue to support the many wonderful organizations benefitting so many in our communities.”
The evening featured a glitzy, glamorous Las Vegas style show with aerialists, a casino, live band and “Elvis” tribute artist Cody Ray Slaughter. Tagged as one of the most talented, young Elvis tribute artists in the country, Slaughter was the youngest man ever to be named the “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” by Elvis Presley Enterprises in Memphis, TN during Elvis Tribute Week. Slaughter also took on the role of Elvis Presley in the national tour of the Tony-Award-winning hit “The Million Dollar Quarter.”
