Born on October 18, 1957 in Lima, Peru, Maria Luisa obtained a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Lima in 1981. She is a Candidate for a M.A. from the University of Scranton. She is an Enrolled Agent who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Ms. Badani oversees operations and is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, authorizations and setting up new corporations. She also serves as an Insurance Broker specializing in worker’s compensation. She is affiliated with the National Society of Accountants, the National Honor Society of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Tax Professionals.

In her spare time, Maria Luisa enjoys crafting, knitting and crocheting.
